Why travel with us

Planning that holds up once you are actually on the road

Hill travel rewards good preparation and punishes the opposite. These are the things we hold ourselves to on every trip.

  • Personalised Itineraries

Every plan starts from your dates, your pace and the people travelling with you - not from a fixed departure list.

  • Local Destination Planning

Routes are sequenced around real driving times, permit rules and how each town actually works through the day.

  • Flexible Tour Options

Add a night, drop a stop, swap a hotel category. The plan is yours to shape until it is confirmed.

  • Comfortable Travel Planning

Vehicles matched to the group and stays chosen for location and comfort rather than the lowest line on a quote.

  • Responsive Assistance

One point of contact on call and on WhatsApp, before you book and through the journey itself.

How it works

Four steps from an idea to a booked trip

No forms to chase and no pressure to commit. Most plans are settled over a couple of WhatsApp conversations.

The itinerary was sent day by day with the driving times written next to each stop, which made it obvious where we were trying to do too much. We cut one stop and the trip was much better for it.

Zero Point was closed on our day. We were told the night before, given the alternative, and the rest of the plan stayed exactly as it was. That is really all you want from a travel planner.

We were travelling with my parents, and the driving days were kept short without us having to ask twice. Small thing, but it made the whole week comfortable.

Questions we are asked most

If something is not covered here, message us and you will get a straight answer - including when the answer is that it is not possible on your dates.

Yes. Every itinerary on this site is a starting point rather than a fixed departure. Nights, stops, hotel categories and the pace of each day can all be changed. Tell us your dates and how many days you have, and the plan is built around that.

Use the Plan Your Trip form, the enquiry form on any package page, or simply message us on WhatsApp. We will come back with a day-wise itinerary and stay options before discussing cost.

Yes, and it is usually the quickest way. Every WhatsApp button on this site opens a chat with the trip details already filled in, so you do not have to explain which package you were looking at.

Yes. Family trips, honeymoon and couple travel, friends groups and larger group tours are all planned differently - driving days, vehicle size and room configuration all change. Mention who is travelling when you enquire so the plan fits from the start.

Yes. Packages can be shortened or extended, and destinations can be added or dropped. A shorter trip usually means removing a driving day rather than compressing sightseeing, and we will tell you which stops are worth keeping.

North Sikkim requires a Protected Area Permit, and Tsomgo Lake, Nathula and the Old Silk Route each need their own permit. We assist with the paperwork and send you a document checklist in advance. Permits are issued by the government authority, so approval and access always rest with them.
